For our team we are currently looking for a:
Project Manager for Companjon
Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk
Your responsibilities:
Responsibility for the project, as well as optimization and continuous development of the existing processes
Implementation and project management to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Responsibility for achieving all quantitative and qualitative goals in accordance with the contractual assumptions
Create statistics, budget planning and presentations
Management and continuous development of the teams employees
Your profile:
At least 2 years of experience in managing teams in customer service (min. 15-20 people)
Experience in managing multi-channel projects/teams (e.g. chat, e-mail, telephone etc.)
Fluency in English (at least spoken and written C1)
Knowledge of German is appreciated, but not obligatory
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of management techniques and Call Center tools
Understanding of KPIs
Experience in planning and implementing quality management processes
Business studies nice to have
Strong service and customer service orientation
High level of commitment and proactivity
Positive and self-confident attitude
